By accessing or using PakFinax, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
PakFinax provides ERP capabilities including customer and product management, invoicing workflows, reporting, and compliance-supporting digital invoicing processes.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and maintaining accurate account details. You are responsible for activities performed under your account.
4. Company Accounts and Role-Based Access
Company administrators may manage users and role assignments according to the authorization model. Access to data and actions is permission-based, and separation of duties is supported through role controls.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful business data.
- Use the service only for authorized business purposes.
- Ensure users are properly authorized within your organization.
6. Compliance and Digital Invoicing Submissions
Digital invoicing submission features may transmit invoice data to tax authority systems, including FBR/PRAL-aligned workflows. You are responsible for the correctness and legal validity of submitted information. PakFinax does not guarantee acceptance outcomes by authorities. Submission status visibility may be provided where available and is dependent on authority-side validation and submitted data quality. PakFinax does not provide tax or legal advice.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access attempts or privilege abuse.
- Service misuse, interference, or disruption.
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized extraction of platform components.
8. Intellectual Property
PakFinax and related platform materials remain the property of PakFinax. Customers retain ownership of their business and operational data entered into the system.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or maintain the service from time to time. Planned maintenance or service updates may impact availability. No service-level commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, PakFinax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PakFinax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period, where applicable.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PakFinax harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or unlawful data submitted through your account or company workspace.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or unlawful use. Company administrators may also control user access within their organization.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and related disputes are subject to applicable courts in Pakistan.
